Cedric Simmons was another player thrown in to keep the salary within NBA rules for the Cleveland Cavaliers and the Chicago Bulls
in the Ben Wallace trade. He rarely played in ’07-’08 after the Hornets tried to use him in the ’06-’07 season, but found his
offensive limitations to jarring. As a result he rarely played for either the Cavs or the Bulls and his .6 points a game last
season with both teams can be accounted to junk buckets. Simmons will likely sit on the end of the bench with Demetris Nickolas
talking about the time they played in summer league.
