34 Aaron Gray C 7-0 270 Dec 7, 1984 College: Pittsburgh
Aaron Gray made the best of his first season in the NBA as a second round draft pick. He filled in at center,
especially after the midseason trade depleted the Bulls front court. Gray averaged 4.3 points per game for the
entire year, but shone at times with seven double digit games and several compelling defensive stances.
The big center had his less-than-cat-like reflexes exposed often during the season, but his reaction time
can improve with a strenuous offseason workout plane. His size makes a force in the paint that can not be
moved easily and make up for his lack of athleticism at times. He appears to be a player that will not see
significant playing time in the regular rotation, but will be useful in games when the Bulls are overmatched in the post.
